Johnsons

Kent Johnson, a Spanish teacher, probably has some thoughts on Southwest and Tex-Mex style cooking. I'll ask him. I know he has no acquaintance with the Fish Taco, the San Diego/Baja California deep-fried, served-with-thinned-out-mayonnaise and cabbage delicacy.

I don't think Ronald Johnson ever ate a fish taco either. I could be wrong.
