What's Cooking at 1176 Mill St.
I hauled out the Fields of Greens cookbook last night and made Green Corn Soup, (which is really just sweet corn soup pureed with tomatillos and jalapenos and strained) and Orange-Jicama Salad. Refreshing. Summery.
As for tonight's repast, there's still some leftover soup, but I'm contemplating eggs. Eggs fried with breadcrumbs and vinegar from Judy Rogers' Zuni Cafe Cookbook.
