Poetry Magazine, Yo.
I actually like the new Wiman-edited Poetry better than the Parisi version. Sure, there's more prose and less actual poetry, which is a good thing, since the poems are mostly lukewarm, limp, crappy, and so forth. The prose, including the reviews, the letters to the editor, and the roundtable discussions are actually pretty interesting. Adam Kirsch, I can imagine, wears a bow tie and makes pronouncements about "great" literature, D.H. Tracy is a poor man's William Logan...it's all pretty entertaining. I might post more bits on this issue as time and inclination permit.
