Saturday
11:30 a.m.--triple Americano. Cream and sugar.
2:00 p.m.--one half bbq chicken, pound of rib tips, coleslaw, baked beans, one German sausage in a bun with spicy mustard and kraut.*
5:00 p.m.--Haagen Dazs Coconut (about 1/4 pint or so).
9:00 p.m.--Pork chops, cooked in bacon fat, with rosemary pan sauce, & asparagus cooked in soy-butter-garlic sauce. Glass of a wine described by its maker as "full of flavors of honeysuckle and hay." I tasted the hay. By the way, asparagus is hard to pair with wine.
11:00 p.m-1 a.m.--Whiskey (2) and beer (3 or 4).
Sunday
10:30 a.m. Bacon, eggs, toast, Tang, Gatorade, hot tea, water.
*This meal, containing fowl, cow, and pig, was split with my girlfriend. I didn't eat it all by myself.
