Friday Food Post

A Recipe:

I think you should take your pasta and cook it. In another pan, you should saute Italian sausage (remove from casing, crumble) with a few hot pepper flakes, some onion and/or shallot, a little butter, and a few leaves of sage. (I like a lot of sage, but some folks don't--so "to taste.") Add a cup or so of dry white wine and reduce by half. To this add some finely shredded greens (kale is my fave, but others work too--or, fuck the greens and add some roasted bell peppers, or add them unroasted, but along with the onions and sausage). Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss. To the mix, add a cup or so of grated fontina cheese (or other meltable cheese), stirring to coat. Add fresh black pepper and grated parmigiano to taste. Serve to those you love, or eat by yourself if you're selfish

I think you should follow those directions (except for those mentioning cheese) and give it to me. Mmm!
