Tyler Florence, in his book _Eat This Book_ has a recipe that may interest you.
It consists of a half avocado, dressed with lemon juice, good olive oil, and sea salt. Upon this avocado leans three strips of crisp bacon. A little watercress and fresh ground black pepper completes it. It looks gorgeous.
If only I liked avocados.
What? You don't like avocados? That is not to be believed.
They are yucky.
