My next full length hardback book is going to have a holographic jacket and poems that you can eat--printed on edible rice paper, with a forward by Louise Gluck and a built-in wet bar.
And it will contain a lengthy obtuse essay detailing why my poetry is innovative even though it's the same old shit that hacks like me have been churning out for years under a vaguely post-avant umbrella, knitted by Auntie Ron.
You were wearing: a raincoat. Un impermeable.
Chale!

You are welcome to blurb this one!

My letterpress mentor leads a book arts club in Boulder devoted to making edible books (http://eatyourwordsboulder.com/Gallery06.07.html) among other things.
Also, just thought I'd throw in, Jennifer (the better half of hot whiskey) made an art book out of rice paper... a box of spring rolls/poem...pretty sweet. They're sitting on our bookshelf. I often think about eating them.
But you can read the poems sidways, upside down, any way you want, y'all!
can you have a section where all the words are scratch and sniff? Like an olfactory onomatopoeia.
