Today's bit is from Ecclesiastes.
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up the other; but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help. Again, if two lie together, they keep warm; but how can one keep warm alone?

This reading from Ecclesistes was one of the readings at my wedding! I love it, for obvious reasons.
I happen to have access to a lost section of the text:
If two are better than one, then six are better than two. Therefore, it is good to bed thyself with many cat waiters, and keep them warm too!
