Congrats, etc!
I once had matching pigtails, and my matched pigtails matched again with those of other people.
Hey, me too. Once I wore pigtails to impress the pigtailed woman in my office.
hot sonnet! lot on it, tot bonnet. not con it. ah tony'ts a hot sonnet!
Hey Tony, if we start talking about how much tail you should get from this motel gig, do you think it would ruin your chances of actually getting any?
Julie,
Yes.
Tony
Wow! I'm there too!
How cool if it linked from my name... linking poets, poem to poem, and then I could write a poem about someone else and it could link to them, and so on....
What does it mean to have a "tail" in poetry? Is this some kind of current term young poets use that middle aged farts like me wouldn't (maybe shouldn't) know about? Is it a particular kind of tail? A rat's tail? A lion's tail? Tail as in "nice ass"? (I'm out of the game if the latter). A tail as in people lining up behind you? (Like, "Man, that Tony Robinson's got some tail, eh?")
What is "tail"?
Kent
All I'm saying is the only reason I ever decided to start an online poetry journal was to get primo poet tail!
Kent,
I think it means what it's always meant. Will having my poems up at No Tell Motel increase my chances of having sex with attractive strangers?
Of course it will!
Tony
p.s. Reb, you are quite the pimp of poet tail.
