This evening, I completed the longest run I've done in more than half a dozen years. And you know what? It wasn't excruciatingly difficult. Mildly challenging. A "5" on the 1-10 difficulty scale.

Dude, I had the same vision. A new lighter me for AWP, but my addiction to NYC pizza totally got in the way. I'll probably get back on my exercise/diet like 3 days before the conference...
