My recent absence from blogland was not planned, but being (mostly) away has been (mostly) good. I’d like to think my batteries have been recharged, though I’m not having any particularly profound or witty thoughts. So who knows?

Poetry. Post-Austin, things got weird. My 81 Poems Project is stalled somewhere in the mid-30s. Apt self-description: Anthony R., stalled somewhere in the mid-30s. I hope to have at least one complete section (27 short poems) ready for a possible event in the Fall. My would-be or maybe publishers haven’t been in touch lately.
